Highly experienced international finance executive, Justin Owen, has been appointed Whispir's new Chief Financial Officer.
Justin brings more than 30 years’ finance experience to Whispir having previously held CFO and Company Secretary positions across various ASX-listed companies, including PayGroup Limited and Tesserent Limited.
Justin’s extensive experience managing international finance teams makes him the perfect fit in leading our operational transformation in Australia, Singapore, China, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He will lead Whispir’s international finance and risk teams, working closely with CEO Jeromy Wells.

Outgoing Whispir CFO, Gareth Roberts, will work closely with Justin and Whispir over the next 12 months.
Jeromy Wells says Gareth has his thanks and appreciation for the extensive value Grateh brought to Whispir. “On behalf of the Board and senior management team, I would like to thank Gareth for his significant contribution to Whispir during a pivotal period for the Company. To ensure a seamless transition, Gareth will support Justin on a full-time basis for the next four months and then continue to consult to the Company for a further 12 months.”
