As per the announcement on 22 February 2024, Soprano Design Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd (Soprano DTA) exercised its right to compulsorily acquire the remaining Whispir Limited (Whispir) (Shares). Subsequently, Whispir was removed from the ASX Official List at the close of trading on Wednesday, 6 March 2024.
